Matanuska Telephone Association is currently recruiting for a Network Operations & Maintenance Supervisor. Supervising a large staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall effective installation, operation and maintenance of MTA''s network wire center resources, including timely service order completion, work order completion, network trouble resolution, operational readiness, reliability assessment and maintenance improvement. The successful candidate is also responsible for MTA's, rural radio, microwave installation, and maintenance and special circuit installation and maintenance. This position routinely coordinates within MTA and with other telecommunications companies and utilities to resolve subscriber problems and/or establish trouble-handling procedures. Six (6) years of Central Office Operations and Maintenance experience obtained within the last ten (10) years is preferred. MTA offers competitive health care and retirement packages.
