We currently have an opening for the upcoming 14-15 school year for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. The position will be working full time in Palmer, Alaska with middle school age students. Palmer is a wonderful community with beautiful scenery and welcoming people. The school district is excited to bring in a new TVI to help their students.
The position will offer assistance with housing for relocation, benefits, and hourly compensation to fit the move and experience. We plan to interview within the month and have someone ready to start in August. If you are not licensed, there will be time during the summer to get the paperwork in order.
