Follows safety procedures to help ensure that a safer and more secure work environment is maintained for staff, patients, patient watch, and customers.
Tours and inspects facilities and grounds frequently to assist in maintaining a safer and more secure environment.
Assists employees with security related matters.
Works varied assignments and shifts.
Uses integrity and honesty when performing assigned security duties.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Reports to the Director of Public Safety.
Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
