This position is available for someone who can work independently as well as work closely with other management staff.
The ideal person will have extensive experience in using QuickBooks and be able to maintain all areas of bookkeeping within the business.
To include but not limited to payroll and HR duties, payroll tax paying and reporting, maintaining simple IRA program, AP/AR, invoicing of projects, entering and tracking estimates, reconciling of all accounts, and other bookkeeping duties as required.
Maintaining the daily schedule with current program.
Upkeep on apprentice program and compliance.
Some executive assistant duties for the company owners.
Answering phone calls and responding to customer requests online.
Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills are a must.
Would prefer someone who has experience in bookkeeping in the construction industry.
