FT NIGHTS -12 HOURSREQUIREMENTS:
ALASKA LICENSE1-2 YEAR CURRENT L&D EXPERIENCEBLSACLSNRPEFM TRAININGPLEASE INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSIONMUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITYThe Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing during the antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phase of Obstetrical care to Labor and Delivery patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Recommended Skills Basic Cardiac Life Support Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Pediatric Advanced Life Support Emergency Departments Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
