Summary:

Duties:

Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and equipment.
Computer experience required, including a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel, internet and email.
Knowledge of social media platforms to include Facebook and Instagram.
A basic knowledge of Google Suite applications such as google docs, sheets, slides, forms etc, Basic clerical skills including accurate typing and filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing; Good organizational skills.
Ability to pay attention to detail, follow directions, work well with others and independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly (oral & written), courteously and tactfully with the public.
Perform moderately strenuous physical activity such as moving boxes and handling large mailing tubes.
Must be able to prioritize and multitask.
Typical
Experience:
Sufficient skills/experience to perform job duties outlined in the job posting.
Required Education or Training:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Salary Information:
This is a part-time, non-exempt temporary position.
New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule, Grade 74, based on education and experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
