10 Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant 2 for Judicial Services, you are providing administrative support to one Sergeant, One State Trooper and seven Court Services Officers in B-Detachment Judicial Services.
You will receive, process and return to the court, completed criminal and/or civil paperwork including, but not limited to:
warrants, Domestic Violence Protection Orders (DVPOs), subpoenas, summons, mental health commitments, etc, which must be accurate, complete and in a timely fashion.
You will be entering, modifying and deleting records in multiple Law Enforcement databases, verifying numerous identifying information as well as assigning paperwork for service via local officers as well as throughout the state.
You will be interacting with the public, Troopers, Court Service Officers, court personnel as well as numerous local and national Law Enforcement agencies.

Additionally, security clearance will be withdrawn if DPS discovers that material information was falsified or omitted at the time of the initial application for security clearance.
BACKGROUND CHECK This position requires the incumbent to submit to a fingerprint based criminal history background check.
