$372K Per years experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top! Relocation - $30,000
Sign on bonus - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE Retention bonus 10% after 2 years Student Loan Repayment:
Yes several Guaranteed Annual Base Increase of 3-5% PTO:
